  • A non-binding and free initial consultation determines the content, the goals and the duration of the coaching. Usually, 6 units of 1.5 hours each are defined as a start. I place value in a coaching contract that is agreed upon - if both sides can imagine a successful collaboration.

  • In an initial meeting with the executive, the matter of team development is discussed and a concept created. If necessary, individual meetings with staff members can be useful. Depending on the topics and needs, the team development session may take 1 -3 days.
